An exceptional team effort
To support its employees who enjoy athletics, Groupe ADP has created the "Sports Connections" program to provide financial support for athletes and para athletes who compete. The program offers grants of up to €3,000 per project for individual athletes or employee teams, regardless of their level.

Nicolas ascends the 5,000-meter Mont Blanc despite the challenges
“I had to complete my ascent of Mont Blanc, but the bad weather made it too dangerous. Given that Mont Blanc stands 4,806 meters high, I made several ascents, climbing a total of 5,000 meters over a six-day period. The landscapes were incredible! I’ll be back in 2025 to make another attempt!”
Nicolas Aygat, Automated Systems Maintenance Manager, Paris-Charles de Gaulle
Damien and Jean-François triumph at the Swisspeaks 100 trail run.
“We were incredibly proud to wear the Groupe ADP colors on the Swiss peaks! We made it to the end of this 108-kilometer run that included 6,800 uphill meters and 7,200 downhill meters. We both value effort, commitment and, above all, sharing and support.”
Damien Scotto, Maintenance Manager at Paris-Charles de Gaulle & Jean-François Luque, Project Packaging Manager in the Engineering and Capital Projects Branch.
Enzo stands out at the World Firefighters Games
“It’s like the Firefighting Olympics, with 80 sports and 50 nations on hand. I represented France in mountain biking and took third place in the championship race. In two years, the Games will be held in Saudi Arabia and I’ll be trying again!”
Enzo Cervesato, Fire Safety and Assistance Officer, Paris-Charles de Gaulle.
Alicia successfully climbs Mount Agung in Bali
“I climbed the rocks and battled the volcanic sand dust storms in pitch black, even with the headlamp! At an altitude of 2,800 meters, the gusts were too powerful. It’s frustrating not to have made the last 345 meters, but I’m really proud to have gone as far as I did!”
Alicia Bauer, Fire Safety and Assistance Officer, Paris-Charles de Gaulle
Pierre, Mattéo, Olivier and Alban sport the Group's colors at a triathlon in Évian-Les Bains
“The event included a run, then cycling through breathtaking landscapes with major elevations and finally a foot race alongside Lake Geneva. When you compete with co-workers, you can provide support and motivation to each other!”
Pierre Bocandé, Operations Graduate; Mattéo Demski, Financial Research Officer in the Innovation Branch; Olivier Larangot, Financial Research Officer in the Innovation Branch; Alban Néret, Director of Innovation.
Luc motivates his colleagues to participate in the Fontainebleau Imperial Trail
“This year’s Imperial Trail race in Fontainebleau lived up to its promise. I love company sports and every year I get my co-workers who enjoy sports to take part as well. Our runners proudly represented the company: Sébastien, Yann, Julie, Luc, Jean-Michel, Laurine, Manu, Francisco, Yann, and Cédric.”
Luc Nicolas, Engineering Drafter, Engineering and Capital Projects Branch
Frédéric and Josselin take on the Mascareignes race on Réunion Island
“The Mascareignes is a 70-kilometer race that climbs 4,000 meters. After 33 kilometers, the problems started. My feet hurt and I had to make the decision to give up after 57.3 kilometers. But I learned a lot, so I’ll be better prepared for next time.”
Frédéric Macron, Asset Management Director, Operations Branch
“It was an intense race. The road, paved with volcanic stones, was very slippery. The constant support of the Réunion people, even late at night, was incredible. After 19 hours of racing, I managed to arrive with a big smile, because I was so proud at having completed the challenge.”
Josselin Landry, aircraft firefighter with the Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting Service at Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle Airport.
