Governance and Executive Committee
Philippe Pascal has been at the helm of Aéroports de Paris SA since February 18, 2025, and was appointed Chairman and Chief Executive Officer by decree of the French Council of Ministers. He chairs the board of directors, which determines the direction of the company's business activities and ensures its implementation, and the Executive Committee, which defines and implements Groupe ADP’s strategy.
The 13 members of the Executive Committee ensure the successful transformation of the Group. In 2025, the Board of Directors met 11 times with a 93.9% attendance rate.
